New NPDES Permits for Storm Water Construction in affect as of August 1

Carol Counch signed the implementation order for the new National Pollution Discharge Elimination System Storm Water Discharges Associated with Construction Activity permits. They went into effect on August 1, 2008. Ironically, new forms to declare your notice of intent to be covered under the permit are not yet available on EPD's website.
